Dealership Service History

Get the record of work authorized dealers have done on a vehicle, delivered as a PDF to your email immediately after purchase. Each report shows dealer visits with dates, mileage and dealership, a chart of dealer-recorded mileage, and recalls completed, plus brand-specific details such as warranty coverage or maintenance status (see the comparison below).

Records come only from authorized dealerships, exactly as the dealer entered them. Work done at independent shops is not included.

Available for vehicles with a 17-digit VIN. Very old vehicles and current model years (2026 - 2027) may have few or no records.

Why It Matters

  1. Verify Mileage

Dealer-recorded odometer readings help reveal rollbacks or unexplained gaps.

  2. Confirm Recall Work

See which factory campaigns were completed and when.

  3. See What Was Repaired and Who Paid

Know what dealers fixed and whether it was covered by warranty.

  4. Spot Repeat Problems

Recurring issues across visits stand out at a glance.

  5. Check Warranty or Maintenance Status

See what coverage remains or which services are due.

  6. Back Up a Sale or Listing

Share dealer-recorded history with buyers instead of just describing it.
