LAND ROVER Dealership
Service History
What You Get
A record of the services authorized LAND ROVER retailers have performed on a vehicle, plus any outstanding recalls, delivered as a PDF to your email immediately after purchase. Each report includes:
- Vehicle Summary
Model year and model, date of the first dealer record, last recorded odometer reading, number of dealer visits and retailers, average yearly mileage, when the next scheduled service is due, and the number of open recalls.
- Report Highlights
Quick checks on outstanding recalls, odometer consistency, whether scheduled services were done on time, when the next service is due or whether it's overdue, and the pre-delivery inspection. If the vehicle was serviced in more than one country, that is noted too.
- Open Recalls & Campaigns
Any outstanding LAND ROVER recalls and service campaigns for the VIN, with the campaign number, title and type (for example, safety recall), launch date, a plain-language description of the issue and its effect, the remedy, and what to do next.
- Mileage History
A chart of the odometer readings recorded by LAND ROVER retailers, so gaps or inconsistencies are easy to spot.
- Service Timeline
Every dealer visit with date, retailer and location, odometer reading and job number. Each visit shows the service performed (for example, a 34,000 km / 24-month service or the pre-delivery inspection), the individual items such as oil and filter, brake fluid and air filters, any technician comments, and the next service due date and mileage.
What's Included and What Isn't
Service records come only from authorized LAND ROVER retailers worldwide, exactly as the retailer entered them. Odometer readings are shown in the unit the retailer recorded, kilometers or miles, with the conversion alongside. Recall information covers recalls and campaigns that are still outstanding for the vehicle on the date shown in the report; completed campaigns are not listed. Work done at independent shops or non-LAND ROVER garages is not included, and recall status may not be available for every vehicle.
Why It Matters
- Check for Open Recalls
Find out whether the vehicle has an outstanding safety recall or campaign that still needs to be repaired.
- Confirm Maintenance History
See which scheduled services were performed, whether they were done on time, and when the next one is due.
- Verify Mileage
Dealer-recorded odometer readings over time help reveal rollbacks or unexplained gaps.
- Know Where It's Been Serviced
Each visit shows the retailer and location, including vehicles serviced in more than one country.
Who It's For
- Buyers
Check for open recalls, see whether scheduled maintenance is current, and verify mileage history before you buy.
- Dealers and Auction Houses
Add verified dealer service records and recall status to listings and condition reports.
- Owners and Enthusiasts
Keep a complete record of your vehicle's dealer history and find out about any outstanding recalls.
