Service History
What You Get
A record of the work authorized BMW dealers have done on a vehicle, delivered as a PDF to your email immediately after purchase. Each report includes:
- Vehicle Summary
Model, series and model code, date of the first dealer record, last recorded mileage, number of dealer visits and repair orders, average miles per year, and the most recent service.
- Report Highlights
Quick checks on odometer consistency, recalls and campaigns performed, and how many visits included warranty or maintenance-plan coverage.
- Current Maintenance Status
BMW Condition Based Service items such as vehicle check, brake fluid, brakes and cabin filter, with due dates from the latest dealer reading, plus any warning messages and stored fault entries recorded at that time.
- Mileage History
A chart of every odometer reading recorded by BMW dealers, so gaps or inconsistencies are easy to spot.
- Service Timeline
Every dealer visit with date, dealership, mileage and repair order number, the customer's reported concern, the work performed, and parts used with BMW part numbers. Each visit is labeled warranty, customer pay, or vehicle data read.
- Maintenance Status History
Condition Based Service readings across visits, showing which items were OK, due soon or overdue each time.
What's Included and What Isn't
Records come only from authorized BMW dealerships, exactly as the dealer entered them. Reports include warranty repairs, customer-paid work, maintenance-plan services, and recalls/campaigns. Work done at independent shops or non-BMW dealers is not included. Dealer notes appear as written, so they may contain abbreviations or shorthand.
